Returns: Unopened, locally delivered product will be fully refunded if returned within 2 weeks of purchase. Opened product will be refunded 50% if returned within 2 weeks of purchase.
Damaged products: Please contact me at athena@cbsigningacademy.com if you received a damaged or defective product.
Class cancellations: If I cancel class, you will receive a $10 gift certificate for the cancelled class.
Cancellations (Classroom visits or private lesson): I require at least 12 hours notice that the visit or lesson has been cancelled and needs to be rescheduled. Cancellation with less than 12 hours notice will be charged the agreed-upon fee.
