Rise and Sign Classes - Winter/Spring 2012
Parents and children ages 0-3 years can come to a weekly class on Thursday nights at the Pasco Senior Center. Hurry, there's still time to register for the March/April session.
We will cover signs you will use in your daily life. Signs taught include: "nice" "friend," "hot," "cold," and "share" plus many more.
Sign-up through the Pasco Parks and Recreation Department. $40 for Pasco resident, $60 for non-resident.
Richland residents can sign up through the Richland Parks and Recreation Department to receive the resident discount.

Other Services Provided
- Classroom visits - In a 30-minute session I will introduce the signs and then we will review the signs through songs, games, and other activities. I can also create a custom lesson to coordinate with the teacher's theme, song, or interests.
- Teacher training - Get some "hands-on" training on how to use sign in your environment. Learn about the benefits of signing at the different ages and stages of child development.
- Birthday parties - Let's have some fun signing and celebrating! We'll learn some signs and then celebrate with songs and games!
- In-Home Parties - Let's spread the word to your friends about how fun and easy it is to sign with your child!
- Private lessons - For those that for one reason or another cannot attend a weekly class, I can come to you! We can use my curriculum or I will build lessons around the signs you would like to learn. Disclaimer: I do not teach ASL grammar or syntax. I only teach vocabulary signs.
